I place healing *stars* for Reiki sparkles, (I read that sparkles are like little angels) and golden ((((()))) for love and healing Reiki. The Name of the person inside the brackets in purple for spirit/soul, and I position my hands like the ((())) with the person inside, just before I click to send. I have found that I feel a strong energy like a magnet doing this, then I use any symbols that are relevant followed by HSZSN. The strong energy then disapears! and goes to the person *smiles* simple and effective. I also feel better knowing I'm actively sending healing, instead of setting something up.

Linda's Healing Room
I have a room where I meet the person to be healed. We meet and that person is surrounded by a bubble of light and then we enter my healing room and the person gets up on the healing table. Sometime they are carried by angels or they walk in. I always start with my hands on their shoulders and start my prayers and move through the Reiki positions if I am allowed. Most of the time, though, Jesus enters the room and I step asside. I become an observer. I guess you could say that "I hold space" for the healing. Sometimes he (Jesus) works alone and sometimes the angels enter in and lay hands on the person's body. As I am observing, I send prayers and symbols. The healing is always wonderful.

Feel the power of the three symbols above your head. What does that look like, what does it feel like? What does it sound like? Is is saying anything to you?

Invite anyone you are sending Reiki to, to come into your mind. Ask them if they would like to be with the symbols, and if they consent, then place them above your head with the symbols. You can do this for as many people as you can hold the consciousness for. You can also put yourself with the symbols. See how each person interacts with the symbols. Do they dance? Do they let the symbols enter them? Do they just look at the symbols and absorb the energy? Do they play with them? Do they hear the "music" of the energy of the symbols? Let it be for as long as you can hold the consciousness for them.

If you dont know the person you can say their name and their location or feel their energy and let them unite with the symbols. You can also visualize their name on a piece of paper and let the paper absorb the symbols.

When the experience feels complete "shoot" out the symbols into the Universe knowing that each person has experienced the highest and best good.

Variations If you are a level III student you can add the master symbol first (this meditation was originally taught this way -- however I find it works just as well with the other three symbols)

If you are working with a manifestation grid you can charge the crystals in your hands during this meditation(I believe this is how it was originally taught to me but I'm not sure.)

If you have difficulty visualizing this meditation works very well with just "feelings" of the energy.

Shawne's Infinity Loop
Hold the person and yourself each in a loop of an infinity of white light. The intention here is to raise the person's vibration to the highest level you are able to channel, notice I am not saying to your level; you are just the channel.

Also engage your healees beforehand in what they would like to have worked on. Of course you are stipulating that healing occur for their highest good, that it goes where needed, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. Also holding in both of your intention the special additional things is powerful (where two or more are gathered)........!
