Reiki Meditation
Meditation by Robin I find it works well when you are sending Reiki to a large group of people. You can put as many people in as your concentration can hold. Prepare for meditation (deep breathing, focus on your breathing, focus on a candle, say a mantra, whatever brings you into that deep peaceful state). Say the name of each symbol (separately) either in your mind or outloud. CKR, CKR, CKR. See the symbol, feel the energy in the symbol, listen to the symbol, when it feels complete put the symbol bathed in white light above your head. Proceed to the next symbol, see it, feel it, listen to it, and when complete put it too bathed in white light above your head. When all the symbols are complete and above your head invite those who are sending Reiki to into your mind. Send them love, tell them you love them, tell them the Universe loves them and ask if they would like to be with the symbols above your head. Allow them (if they wish to go above your head with the symbols). See how they react (some will dance with the symbols, some let the symbols enter them, some just look at the symbols and some might stand to the side -- it doesnt matter the energy is there). Keep visualizing people and invite them to be with the symbols. If its only a name and a place and a condition, see that or feel that and invite the name up to be with the symbols. If it feels good put the earth (visualize the globe) up with the symbols. When its complete shoot the symbols out in a violet light or flame.
