The Master Symbol
The Master symbol is called Dai-Ko-Myo and has again a variety of forms. The traditional Usui Dai-Ko-Myo is Kanji. The name given to the mantra of the Master Symbol is Sonten, meaning also Universal Life Force. It is thought to be the source of all creation. Being an absolute truth it transcends the differences between all religions. Sonten permeates the whole universe including earth and all humankind. Sonten manifests in a holographic trinity: Love, Light and Power.

There are a few alternative symbols. I present to you the traditional Dai-Ko-Myo and the one I personally prefer and use, the non-traditional Dai-Ko-Myo which carries the goddess spiral (according to Diane Stein more appropriate for our times).

Dai-Ko-Myo
The Dai-Ko-Myo is used in all healings from now on. Always visualize or draw it first, and after a distance healing, again last. It can even solely be used together with the Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen in a distant healing, however I recommend to use all symbols from now on. Start and end each healing with the Dai-Ko-Myo.

One of the alternative Dai-Ko-Myo, is also called the Goddess Spiral. I prefer this one over the traditional Dai-Ko-Myo. You will find a few more alternative Dai-Ko-Myo's in Diane's book. Use them and feel, which one is right for you. The form of the spiral creates a vortex and is thus very powerful. It can be used reversed to pull out and release negative energy. The Day-Ko-Myo addresses a person's healing on the soul level and works directly on the spiritual body, which carries the Divine Blueprint of a person.

Being the Master symbol the Dai-Ko-Myo can be used very easily by itself only, i.e. for self healing, for a very short hands-on period, if there is limited access to touch. Once you're skilled with visualizing it, seconds will be enough. A quick healing offered with a hug or a handshake.

I encourage you to be creative. Expand your awareness. There are so many more possibilities to use your Reiki skills and to create new ones. Remember that you are a highly creative limitless being of light and love.

How about a happy Dai-Ko-Myo carried out into the universe with every out breath?

Divine Blueprint
This is the plan for our soul's path in this life. What we choose to experience this time around. So to speak, God's plan for our soul garden. Some parts fixed, trees, bushes, perennials; other spaces open to change, annuals etc. Imprinted in every cell of our being. A holographic image of the divine plan.
