To have the highest energies available during your training session (over the phone, in a chat or via e-mail correspondence) invoke the Divine Tuning Fork. Begin your training by becoming familiar with the student. Get to know her/his intentions. Does your student want to teach or simply work with clients? Getting to know your students goals will help you personalize your training to the needs of your student.

Training work
First - regarding the use of the Manual As you begin to train others, you, as teacher, will be the facilitator of the material. Just let the Manual do the training! However, you will still need to create your own style of facilitation as you work with the Manual. It's not about being a "perfect" teacher but about being an effective facilitator of the material.

Second - regarding the Attunement Our best advice is to just "get out of the way" for the meditation attunement. You will simply be the link -- creating the purest possible linkage for your student with Ascended Master El Morya when passing the attunement. So, allow yourself to be a clear conduit for El Morya for the activation and energy work ~ intend and allow your Higher Self to assist in the process.

As a Lightarian Clearing Ray^™ Teacher and Practitioner, embodying these two ideas will allow you to share this work clearly and effectively.

Remind your students to fill out the Registration Form and mail it to you. Overview the process and register them properly with the Lightarian Institute.

Mail an appropriate Certificate to your student upon completion of the training/attunement.

Providing information to clients
Please provide appropriate background information about the Lightarian C-Ray^™ to your clients, along with guidelines to prepare them for the Attunement. This is especially important for remote attunements! You will find a sample Client Information Sheet in your manual, which you can copy for your clients. You may also choose to include some appropriate discussions about the client's spiritual needs and interests and, of course, answer any specific questions about the information you have provided.

The Lightarian Clearing Ray attunement can be offered to anyone at any age. However, there are two essential criteria, both of which must be met before you begin working with a client of any age

First: Conscious permission and consent be received from
a) the spiritually-aware client, or
b) the client's spiritually-aware parent or guardian, if the client is too young, or
c) the client's spiritually-aware family member/guardian if the client is elderly, ill or unconscious.

Second: The compelling "knowing" by the Clearing Ray Practitioner that the work to be done is appropriate and will serve the client's highest purpose!

Setting the energies for working with clients

• Energetically prepare yourself and the spaces you work in well in advance of the session, intending that everything be fully sealed and protected.
• Invoke the highest level of your Higher Self energies and specifically the presence of El Morya to participate from the etheric to assist you during the training and while passing on the attunement.
• To ensure the effectiveness of your passing on the attunement, intend that you be a pure and clear conduit for the empowering energies of El Morya for this process.
• You may also invite and anchor in other supportive energies, such as your highest vibrational guides, any of the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, or other spiritual Beings that you would like to work with.
• Intend to serve the client's highest and greatest good, as well as the highest and greatest good of all involved and set any other intentions, if appropriate.

Note when delivering the Clearing Ray:
You will be using the same Attunement Meditation for students as well as clients, except for one difference. You will be directed in the meditation script to skip over one particular area that is designated to be read for Students Only. This particular part of the attunement (to be skipped over for clients) is an important acknowledgment to be given ONLY to a student ~ namely, that the student is now energetically able to be a conduit for the C-Ray.
